Privacy Notice

Last updated: August 3, 2026

At Aleph5 we protect your personal data in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulations, and the Privacy Notice Guidelines. This comprehensive Privacy Notice describes what data we collect, what we use it for, and how you can exercise your rights.

1. Data controller

Aleph5 (the “Controller”), located in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, is responsible for the processing of your personal data.

For any matter related to this Privacy Notice you can reach us at [email protected], Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

2. Personal data we collect

We only collect the data you provide directly through our contact form, plus browsing data generated by your use of the site:

  • Identification and contact data: name, company or organization, and email address.
  • Information about your inquiry: the area to optimize and the message or process description you share with us.
  • Browsing data: technical and usage information collected through analytics cookies (see the Cookies section).

We do not collect sensitive personal data. Please do not include sensitive information or third-party data in the form message.

3. Purposes of processing

Primary purposes (necessary for the relationship):

  • Handle and follow up on your contact requests and project inquiries.
  • Contact you to respond to your request and, where applicable, prepare a proposal.
  • Maintain the communication needed while evaluating a project.

Secondary purposes (optional):

  • Measure aggregate site usage to improve it (analytics).

Secondary purposes are not necessary to handle your request. You may refuse them without affecting how we handle your inquiry: for analytics, simply reject the analytics cookies in the cookie banner or via “Cookies” in the footer.

4. Data transfers

We do not sell or trade your personal data. To operate the site we rely on processors that handle data on Aleph5's behalf and under its instructions:

  • Formspree (processing of the contact form submission).
  • Google (Google Analytics 4, for aggregate site analytics, subject to your consent).

These transmissions to processors do not require your consent under the LFPDPPP. We do not carry out transfers to third parties that require your consent without informing you beforehand.

5. ARCO rights

You have the right to Access your personal data, Rectify it when inaccurate, Cancel it when you consider it is no longer required for the stated purposes, and Object to its processing for specific purposes (ARCO rights).

To exercise any of these rights, send your request to [email protected] stating your name, the right you wish to exercise, and a clear description of the data involved. We may request information to verify your identity. We will respond within the timeframes set by the LFPDPPP.

6. Revocation of consent

You may revoke the consent you have given us for the processing of your data at any time. For analytics, you can revoke your consent at any time via “Cookies” in the footer; for other purposes, email us at [email protected].

7. Use of cookies and tracking technologies

The site uses necessary cookies for its operation and, only with your consent, analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) to understand aggregate site usage and improve it.

Analytics cookies are not loaded until you accept them. You can accept or reject them in the cookie banner and change your choice at any time via the “Cookies” link in the footer; when revoked, the corresponding analytics cookies are removed.

8. Changes to this Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice may be updated to reflect legal, operational, or site changes. Any modification will be published on this same page, with its last-updated date. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
